I woke up a little late, but it didn’t matter. I felt good and rested. I went to pick up a cake, and picked out a 1\/4 sheet cake, chocolate with chocolate frosting. Hey, I’m proud to be from a long line of chocoholics. ;)<\/p>\n

I dropped the cake off at the potluck table, then went to my cube. Then I blinked a few times and laughed out loud. I couldn’t wipe the grin off of my face. My cube had pink and light blue balloons taped and thumbtacked to *everything*. The cube itself was cordoned off by a “Happy Birthday” banner. There was a blue balloon on the keyboard with a face drawn on it, and it was wearing my headphones.<\/p>\n

I thanked Christie (cow-orker) profusely. Anyone that has threatened to pop a balloon has received a Christie glare, which is not something you want to be on the wrong end of. She’s got that “I’m a mom” glare down pat. Just like . :)<\/lj><\/p>\n

Maybe I shouldn’t be planning my party here at work. Heh.<\/p>\n
