Though the effect was delayed until I went home and took off my socks.  No matter!<\/p>\n<p>Three drinks, four games of chess, SO many people that I care about, and one purple-faced me as I shouted &#8220;No FUCKING way!&#8221; in the midst of my surprise.  Good god damn, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livejournal.com\/users\/benniferus\">she<\/a> is devious.  :)  And I have a SCHWEET new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fossil.com\/Product\/Product.asp?Tier1=Mens&amp;Tier2=MW&amp;Dept%5FID=MW&amp;Cat%5FID=MW09&amp;Prod%5FID=JR8097&amp;Color=\">watch<\/a> chillin&#8217; on my wrist.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and the FOOD!  Holy crap!  I still can&#8217;t stop talking about the pierogies, thanks to <lj user=\"peculiaire\"> and <lj user=\"isolt\">.
