Friday, I was called by Ingham County Human Resources. I have an interview tomorrow at 2:30 PM. This is for the job that I applied for just around the same time that I applied for the Comcast job.<\/p>\n
Oh, and I’ve given up on getting anything useful from Ms. Wong of Comcast HR. Every time I call, she’s like “Let me get your file”… pause for five minutes… “Mr. Crampton? Yes, they’re still reviewing you. We’re now hiring for the August class.” It’s like a rehearsed speech. I ask questions, and she just repeats this information. I swear to Bob, it’s like she doesn’t want to tell me that I’ve been rejected. See, guys? THIS is why I’m paranoid.<\/p>\n
Chapter four is done. Tomorrow, I’ll be sending it out to the usual readership.<\/p>\n
Aside from the job interview, tomorrow is the City Council meeting. Today is perusing the Detroit News for more jobs to apply to, and possibly lots of writing. So nyah.<\/p>\n
