This seems to be a trend with most of my friends, and I&#8217;m hoping that we call can stick with this.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m looking for advice and comments on my plan, which is this:<\/p>\n<p>Stretching.<br \/>\nWarmup on stationary bike, for about 10 to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>For building arm strength, I plan on rotating through the free weights and various weight machines here that are for the arms.  I want to improve all areas of my arm strength.<\/p>\n<p>For lessening the capacity of the keg (six pack, keg, get it?), I&#8217;m thinking situps and\/or crunches.  Any other recommended exercises for this?<\/p>\n<p>Deciding this feels odd.
