So, after an odd day at work, I assembled my half-ass costume between a trip to Meijer’s and McDonald’s. Their fries are great snacks during craft-making. Heh. Anyway, I got that made and headed over to and ‘s place. I was early, as per usual, and got to help with preperation.<\/lj><\/lj><\/p>\n

I picked up some italian salad dressing from the store, I decorated the walls with pumpkins, I unwrapped caramels for melting, and I dipped apples in them. And BOY, were those apples tasty. Then people started to show. As evidinced by ‘s pics, much fun and costuming was had. I giggled every time had to adjust. *snicker*<\/lj><\/lj><\/p>\n

The food was fantastic, the Jager was well-toasted-to, the company was very good, and Strongbad spilled all of the Bondage Fairy’s food onto the floor. Way to go, Strongbad. Strongsad is SO much cooler than you.<\/p>\n

After that, and I drove back to Lansing for some Beal Gardens Samhain action. Met with good old Eric Hildebrant and co. down there (That’s a dress!) and chitty-chatted before she and I went over to another area and did our own thing. She talked A LOT ( :P ) and then I did a short little story about this plaque that my dad got from his dad, and then I proposed to her.<\/lj><\/p>\n

She said yes. WOOHOO!!<\/p>\n
