My last two CQE (quality assurance) reviews have been negative.  One more, and I will officially be put on a coaching plan.  The two calls that I have surfed the internet while troubleshooting, EVER, have been ones that were randomly recorded and saved.  I may be written up for this, as is their right.<\/p>\n<p>I am not doing well because I am not focusing.  I am not focusing because, honestly, I don&#8217;t care.  I don&#8217;t care because tech support is not the career that I want to spend the rest of my life doing, and I want to put my effort into a career that I enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>Artificial and forced focus is going to have to suffice until I am able to make my surroundings change.
