How strange is that&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>We got a raise today, the one that was promised.  It has actually -lowered- morale.  Rumors were floating around that it was going to be somewhere between a dollar and a dollar-fitty per hour.  Nope.<\/p>\n<p>It sounds like the average was twenty cents an hour.<\/p>\n<p>So, now, instead of being happy for a little extra change, people feel shat on.  All because, in the time of the 100+ queue, months ago, a letter went around promising us a raise, and then they gave us time to think about it.<\/p>\n<p>The level of peoples&#8217; dissapointment shouldn&#8217;t amuse me as much as it does.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m getting back into RantRadio.
