I finally got some time and motivation to call the number that they left in my last post (<a href=\"http:\/\/childe.livejournal.com\/760766.html\">here<\/a>) to speak about the $150 they ripped off from us.<\/lj><\/p>\n<p>Guess what?  Standard customer service queue.  Not a direct line to a human.<\/p>\n<p>They took my money, they are NOT taking my afternoon.  I will give them one more chance.  They can contact me at any of the means available on my profile page to speak to me directly.
