I like when someone – in this case, my father – says something in a way that is so crystal clear that feeling lost turns into feeling like I have a foothold.<\/p>\n

I like making the decision to use my small lunch break to write, instead of read, even if it’s only a few words.<\/p>\n

I like how the Body (what used to be Gary, Indiana) is shaping up, and how our intrepid historian, Robin, is reacting.  Here’s a hint – what would an historian do in a place where long-term memory is outlawed?<\/p>\n

I like that there’s less hopping from place to place in The Glass Crown, and yet there still doesn’t seem to be enough room for all of the words.<\/p>\n

I like that my kids like talking to me over the phone when they’re getting ready for bed.  Not being the bed-time guy is rough.<\/p>\n

I really, REALLY like my wife.<\/p>\n
