Teetering on the edge of crazy

I have gotten sleep in the past few days. I must have. Granted, not a whole lot, but I know it was there. Unfortunately for me, I don’t feel it. Heh.

I came in to work today to a 25-person queue. It has held steady there until about three minutes ago, where it dropped. It still won’t go away completely, but I’m not really surprised.

Sleep dep and me do not get along. So, it’s something that and I can’t really share… oh, well. I tried. :) This means, that tonight, I crash early and sleep late. I have a job interview tomorrow for a Network Analyst position in the Westland office of Comcast. As with , any good interview mojo would be much welcomed.

Oh, what a weekend we have planned.

Park Bench

I’d forgotten all about wossname.

I’m very, very sleepy. Luna on Wednesday night, Cavern on Thursday night, Luna on Friday night, and a mage game last night. I’m trying to decide between sleeping tonight and going down to catch the tail end of today’s Movement, as suggested by .

*yawn*

Maybe sleeping. Heh.

Paranoia

It becomes difficult to maintain decent morale when the queue goes down to zero while I’m on lunch, and comes back to 4 when I log back in.

You’d be paranoid too, if everyone was out to get you.

Weekend Goodness.

This weekend, in an amazing array of ways, was just what I needed.

Thanks, , for the pep talk. Twice. :)

Thanks, everybody, for supporting my writing.

Thanks, and , for an amazing night at Luna on Wednesday. I enjoyed what I heard (I guess the dumb happened after I left), and I adored the Techno. I just wish that I was more of a dancing-type-person sometimes, so that I could show my support to those who spin.

Thanks, DJ Saint (don’t remember your LJ username), for a fantastic set at the Cavern Club last night. And, holy crap, is that place cool. I totally forgot my notebook in my car, or I’d have been writing like mad. Just.. just awesome ambiance.

You know what I don’t get? Electronic music nights at clubs seem to only be attracting goth-types lately. I no longer see candy kids (yes, I miss them, because they dance). I no longer see bitter, angsty, post-ravers. Where did everybody go?

Clarification.

There is a new bi-weekly publication starting up in A^2/Ypsi. There was an ad for writers and journalists in the Ann Arbor news, so I responded.

I am now a freelance writer/journalist for that publication. As soon as I have the title, the first publication date, and where one can be picked up, I’ll post about it. :)

Now to hash over some ideas for my first article.
