Sundays = Gettin’ things done.

Got a letter all written and ready to send out to . Got copies of insurance info for so that he can renew plate tags. Even read through my old emails and answered what I’d been putzin’ around and not answering. I brought my lunch, so I’m going to buckle down and actually do some writing on my lunch break. I’m going to reply to ‘s most recent letter as well. The only thing I’m short on is envelopes. Maybe I should scavenge here at work. Hee, hee!

I’m thinking of writing a wrap-up for Steven, for his little adventure pre-Amy’s game. Which went wonderfully last night.

I have decided to finish the header thingy for Chapter 13 tonight, no matter what, and get it sent out. So hard with Sopranos on the On Demand thingy. Mmmm, streaming video through my digital cable box.

I’m smiling all over the place about the responses to the after the oil crash link. It amazes me that the negative responses are so much more emotional than the supportive ones.

I now have this phrase on my cube wall, thanks to : This morning, I feel like relaxation and acceptance of change are possible things. Attainable. In fact, nearly attained.

Such a good thing to read when I come in and set down my stuff. So many reasons to love her.

Horoscope

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): The President of Belarus has issued a mandate to his country’s athletes regarding their performance in the 2004 Summer Olympics. “You should have clear-cut plans for victory,” Alyaksandr Lukashenka told them. “It is unacceptable for you to win fewer than 25 medals.” That sounds a bit unrealistic to me, so I won’t be that demanding in my decree to you, Taurus. But the astrological omens are on my side as I command you to pull off a feat that would be your equivalent of a gold medal between now and March 20. In addition, I order you to gather a new privilege, new perk, or new title.

Resolution

I finally got sick and tired of the odd twitch of my iMac at 1024×768. So, I’m learning to suffer with 800×600. It hurts, man, it hurts.

Chapter 13 is all typed up, but there is one scene that can be expanded. I’m seriously thinking about it. Not quite sure what to do.

I made cheeseburgers for dinner, and they were good, if overly filling. I didn’t finish my workout, because I started to get a headache (I think from trying to read while on an exercise bike), but I don’t want to risk anything with my blood pressure, so I didn’t finish. *SHRUG* Hopefully, I’ll finish on Tuesday.

I have a slight headache, still. I think I’ll do my taxes online, and then figure out what I want to do with the end of Chapter 13.

*YAWN*

Good morning.

I got to work in under an hour this morning, from Lansing. Perhaps I don’t need to plan for an hour and a half.

Also, I completely forgot to put my Valentine’s Day gift in the car. So, it’s sitting in and ‘s house. Two roses to dry out (maybe I’ll hang them in the kitchen) and an awesome leather-bound journal for moments that I want to write about. Like, perhaps, my upcoming wedding or somesuch. :)

So, I’m caught up on email, comics, and LJ, and my shift hasn’t even started yet.

Now that the days are getting longer again, the sun is rising earlier. And when I’m coming from Lansing, that means it’s rising RIGHT INTO MY EYES. Right, perscription sunglasses are a good idea.

Today feels like a day for getting things done.
