This is a good post about the space program after the recent tragedy.

My political viewpoints on war are muddled. My political viewpoints in general are muddled. This war is happening for the wrong reasons. The government doesn’t listen to its people. It’s people have stopped telling it what they want because they’re sure they don’t matter. This frees the government to not listen, thus verifying the people that won’t speak. I can see no fix for this situation other than infiltration of the government by people that see things similarly.

If you don’t vote, fuck you. You have no right to bitch. The system is in place, with avenues to use to make your complaints known. But, even when I use those avenues, I get form letter responses instead of honest replies with a viewpoint.

So, here is what I think I’m going to do. I’m going to e-mail each of my national representatives and ask them what they think I can do to make my opinion about the war (or any other political stance, for that matter) known in an effective manner. I think I’ll post the responses here, if and when I get them.

BTW, I’m up for any constructive suggestions that you might have.
