An actual weekend.

Happy Easter!

Despite the offense that some may take, I have the desire to reiterate a joke broadcast on last night’s IPM. “Happy Zombie Jesus Day! He died for your sins, and came back for your brains!”

Ahhh. :)

Tactless humor aside, this weekend has been awesome. I’ve caught up on all sorts of little tasks that have been begging to get done for a long time. I’ve been able to begin preparations for the PenguiCon awesomeness that lies on the horizon. I have even dreamed about having so much fun at the con, that I’ve forgotten that I was supposed to be participating in panels and doing a reading. With the hotel sold out, and the overflow hotel filling up, I’m certain that I will have that much fun. I just hope that can feed me caffeine quickly enough to keep me aware of my surroundings.

Also, I can’t wait for the chaos machine again this year. I always have so much fun fiddling with that thing.

I have yet another happy “getting over the block” moment, but I don’t want to jinx it this time. I do, however, plan on having an updated word count up on the web site tomorrow.

There have been a few more specific announcements about both PenguiCon and The Glass Crown on my good old Google Group, so head on over there if you’re curious. Clicky, clicky!

Thanks to my mom and for putting on a delicious and fun Easter dinner. I’m still stuffed. And, as always, there are leftovers. Ohhh, the delicious leftovers. :)

Okay, all of this is now out of my head, and can make way for the trials and tribulations of Chuck, an officer in the Homeland Guard.
