Whirlwind

This morning I woke up feeling like I was riding a whirlwind.

I went to bed with my mind racing; the NyQuil was the only thing that really pulled me into sleep.

I pick up an Ostara egg today, and I need to research the Aesir.

I cooked cod and watched two fantastic movies: Barbershop and Vanilla Sky. This likely stimulated much of the mind cyclone.

Be on the lookout, near the middle of April, I will be changing phone numbers. Work discounts are happy things.

Horoscope

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): “Bolivia has no ocean, but it has admirals done up like Lord Nelson,” writes Eduardo Galeano in *The Book of Embraces.* “Lima, Peru has no rain, but it has peaked roofs with gutters. In Managua, Nicaragua, one of the hottest cities in the world, there are mansions flaunting magnificent fireplaces.” Are there any anomalies like these in your world, Taurus? Do you have tools for jobs you never do? Luxuries you don’t use? Elaborate structures that have no purpose? If so, it’s time to either rethink your relationship to them or else phase them out.

Good morning.

Doctor’s visit, yesterday. Acute sinus infection. Horse-pill antibiotics and a nose spray. Contagious until about 2 PM today. Got a note for work. Apparently, it was a dumb thing to go in like I did that one day. Whoops.

I’ve been up for an hour, but haven’t even showered yet. The only real thing I need to get done here, before I leave for Lansing, is laundry. Oh, and it would be nice if I packed, too. Heh.
