I’m getting back into RantRadio. How strange is that…

We got a raise today, the one that was promised. It has actually -lowered- morale. Rumors were floating around that it was going to be somewhere between a dollar and a dollar-fitty per hour. Nope.

It sounds like the average was twenty cents an hour.

So, now, instead of being happy for a little extra change, people feel shat on. All because, in the time of the 100+ queue, months ago, a letter went around promising us a raise, and then they gave us time to think about it.

The level of peoples’ dissapointment shouldn’t amuse me as much as it does.
