I was going to go to the City Council meeting tonight. Then I realized that I’m moving to second shift, and will not be able to make future meetings. I might go anyway.
After my parents left, I actually moved the shelves around in my living room. I assembled my TV cart, moved the TV, the PS2, and the Dreamcast onto it. Then I unpacked the VCR and realized I’m short one RCA cable. Trip to the dollar store is in order. I’ll make with the photos once I get a piece (or three) of art on the wall above the TV. This is odd to me, what with the house dealings. What if the effort is wasted?
Before my parents showed up yesterday, I actually washed dishes. This is like, the third time since I moved in. It felt more like home, though, which was kind of strange. Again, wondering about wasted effort. Useless worry, but there nonetheless.
Maybe I’ll do my taxes today, instead. Finally got my stuffs from Yahoo, now that they know I don’t live in San Francisco any more.
What were my parents doing in town yesterday, you might ask. Well, I might answer. Pow-wow at Jennison Field House at MSU. Fried bread = delicious. Drumming and dancing = powerful. Drinking horn made from a buffalo horn with a deer antler stand = awesome. I would definitely like to go to another one. Hey
The TV looks so much smaller now that it’s not on the shelf. It’s not small. Definite optical conclusion.
And now, lunch.
