I just ordered my Verizon service. Finally got completely fed up with Sprint service in my apartment and am taking the plunge. Luckily, work gives me mad discounts.

The last two evenings have been absolutely amazing. Friday was hanging out with and . Some rockin’ Red Robin burger action (fry seasoning good!) and then chillin’ like villains at my place. I missed the crap out of those people. Last night was hanging out with Amy and Mike. Good god damn, can Weaver kick ass at Monopoly. That’s all I got to say ’bout that.

While going through this spiritual realignment, secular matters are re-arranging themselves in a manner that feels right. Wait, they go hand in hand? Who’da thunk it. ;)

I am not doing well as tech support at Comcast. My last two CQE (quality assurance) reviews have been negative. One more, and I will officially be put on a coaching plan. The two calls that I have surfed the internet while troubleshooting, EVER, have been ones that were randomly recorded and saved. I may be written up for this, as is their right.

I am not doing well because I am not focusing. I am not focusing because, honestly, I don’t care. I don’t care because tech support is not the career that I want to spend the rest of my life doing, and I want to put my effort into a career that I enjoy.

Artificial and forced focus is going to have to suffice until I am able to make my surroundings change. It’s only a matter of time.

No more being an armchair human.

One thing that I cannot find, except in small references to destruction and greed, are myths involving Asatru and dragons. Any links out there, or particular myths, that shed anything but a negative light on dragons in Norse/Germanic mythology?
