Apparently, I need to upgrade my OS to MacOs 10.4.x to be able to sync my Motorola Razr v3c, with either bluetooth or USB. Turns out, no matter what I do, I can’t transfer files over USB – it has to be bluetooth.
If you’re going to enable USB data transfer -at all- on a phone, just go whole hog. Let the filesystem be recognized as a USB drive. For serious.
I’m all for adding Bluetooth to my iBook, but it looks like I’m going to have to hack my Mac to do it. Or deal with an annoying little dongle/USB adapter.
Then again, this is certainly tempting.
That would mean the upgrade process would go something like this:
If I wasn’t planning on making these upgrades to my iBook eventually anyway, this would seem crazy. :) I still hold firm that old hardware is both useful and upgradable, especially with the miracle that is eBay.
Hell, I just got a 512 SODIMM for

In the category of news that is also good, I have this guy now:

His legs have to be positioned -just so- to not look like they’re broken. Side-effect of his alternate mode, methinks.

More later, I’m certain. :)
There is a hunter that’s attempting to kill both Nicholas, our cranky friend, and Megan, whom you have not met. Here’s a bit that I love about the Hunter…
So, now that we’re gearing up for the marketing push (small-fry, maybe, but still a push),
So, since it’s up to you, which stores get a copy of The Remembrance, so they’ll put it on their shelves?
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): I heard a guy on the radio tell the following story. He and his wife stopped to enjoy a sunset. After a few minutes, they noticed that its breathtaking beauty remained static; the scene wasn’t evolving. Upon further investigation, they registered the embarrassing fact that they had actually been admiring an image on a billboard. Make sure a similar event doesn’t happen to you, Taurus. Avoid getting hooked on substitutes, stand-ins, or simulacrums. Insist on the real thing.

In another attempt to get me writing regularly, and because I’ve really enjoyed posting bits of my writing here, I’m going to post regular excerpts from pieces that I’m working on. This idea may or may not have been flagrantly stolen from
Nicholas can be so wonderfully cranky. :)
Nicholas closed the journal and shook his head. He spun around in his office chair and hurled the pen at Megan. It sailed past her head to her left, and she simply smirked. “This makes no sense! I’m a terrible writer, and trying to remember the details of that night… it’s infuriating!” Megan did not move as Nicholas stood up and paced angrily across the room. His shoulder-length red curls flowed out behind him, distracting her from his angry movements. “It’s not like we haven’t had more telling encounters with him since, so any information about the way he behaved that night is trivial. I simply don’t see why you’re making me do this.”

The things he says in this post made me think, and therefore, I thought that they were worthwhile in spreading.
